Turned out the rear end (transfer) case on our 2014 escape was the culprit causing so much noise from the back of our vehicle. The team at transmission specialist was able to diagnose this quickly, order the part and had it in and ready for us the day after the part arrived. They kept us up to date through the entire process and the car was ready for us when they said it would be. We will be lifetime customers.

Look. Transmission problems are no fun. And they are not cheap. These guys are pros. It's fair work at a fair price. They are honest and have been doing this for a long time. No they can't fix it in a day. Leave the car and let them do the job. They repaired my transmission and it took some time but they got the job done right.
