It’s one thing to give a good review when everything goes well with a repair, but it’s when things go a bit sideways that a company’s mettle is really tested. We had our Honda Pilot transmission replaced about a year ago by Transmission Specialists. Then the replacement transmission failed. TS replaced it without any hesitation, free. While it was in their yard, someone stole the catalytic converter. They also replaced that, again at no charge. While it did take several weeks for all this to happen, I understand that shipments are a bit slow in the Covid era (my own company has experienced this as well). I would rather deal with a trustworthy company like Transmission Specialists than some untested place, even if it does take a little longer. Thank you, Don, for the good service.
