I had taken my 2012 GMC Duramax into the shop for a simple transmission, transfer case, front and rear differential service. Little did I know the shop was more thorough than I had ever expected. I had inquired about a hard shift in the transmission through other dealerships and they said this was normal, however when I took it into the this shop, during the service they showed me the excess amount of shavings in the transfer case. I went ahead and asked them to replace it . Upon doing so they found the problem and would’ve not known it unless the transfer case had been removed. There was a stress fracture in the housing between the transmission and the transfer case. Not only did they fix the problem professionally, they got me the best deal on parts and did not ever charge me through their business. They went out of their way to ensure that I had quality service at a decent price. The Owner, the professionalism, service and expertise are hard to find these days, but this will definitely be the place I return to and refer others.

I came to them looking to install a transmission cooler for towing. They spent the time to educate me on my options over the phone as well as in person while confirming available space. They were able to get me in less than a week later, and the install was competed same day. Finally knowing we were going on vacation in few weeks from installation they wanted to make sure everything was still fastened and sound. So they asked me to come back before the trip to complete a final check. I've would definitely recommend Transmission Specialists

I highly recommend Transmission Specialists. They’ve worked on my husband’s truck in the past. They are reliable, honest, friendly and very responsive. Donna helped me with a quote and scheduled me for the following week. I had a transmission flush on my old suv that had been sitting a while. I paid more than 100$ less than the quote and they let me know of some other issues I need to address elsewhere. Don was extremely helpful and such a nice guy!
