I have a 2013 ford fiesta I brought in. This was my second opinion on repairs for the vehicle. A couple hours after dropping it off, I received a call that it was not necessarily the transmission at all. The error showed the computer failed and needed replaced. Don gave me the information I needed and we moved forward. After the repair was done it was retested and the computer replacement fixed the problems. The other shop wanted me to replace the transmission, which would have been a more costly repair, especially since that wasn't what was wrong with it! Courteous, professional, honest and now I have a working car.

The mechanic was excellent and communicated the status of the repair process. The transmission on our Tahoe was replaced in short time and the car is up and running again. Dona was fantastic and helped with insurance claim work and copayment. Overall a good experience and great service. We recommend this business to friends and family.

I brought my suv here thinking I had transmission issues. Turns out it was power steering issues. They were friendly, professional, and fast! Being a woman that knows nothing about cars, sometimes I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge when I take my car in for repairs. I did NOT have that feeling here. No sticker shock for the grand total- granted I was anticipating transmission fix type cost so anything less than that I was happy to hear/pay.

They have saved me thousands of dollars considering that a Nissan Dealership said that my transmission is shot but wouldn't give me the specifics. I've had work done at that dealership and I dont trust them so I pulled my vehicle from them, had it towed to Transmission Specialist, and they filled it up with trans fluid that the dealership drained without my permission and tried to charge me for later. Transmission Specialist did a road test on my vehicle twice and found nothing wrong with my transmission. I'm happy to have my vehicle back. Thank you Transmission Specialist.
