Our car broke down right across the street from transmission specialists - what’re the odds?! I figured it had something to do with the transmission because the engine ran and sounded fine but it would suddenly go out of gear and wouldn’t move. I called and Donny almost immediately knew what was going on based on the symptoms but they helped us get it over there so they could confirm. After a couple hours I got a call and they confirmed we’d need a new transmission which ultimately would cost more than what the car was worth so we decided it was essentially totaled. They were very kind and understanding while we made arrangement to have the car towed off their lot and Don, Donny, and Donna were all very nice to work with.

We have been going to this shop for several years and they have serviced all of our vehicles. They are honest and do great work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to get their vehicle serviced for transmissions or 4 wheel drive service.

Twice I have been here and they have been wonderful both times. I came from Bremerton about an hour away over the tacoma narrows bridge. Well worth the trip. The customer service is exceptional and so is their expertise in transmission repair. Mitzi Hartman
