I explained that timing was super important to me, because i used my vehicle for business; the Staff and Transmission Specialist made sure and kept their promise and got me back on the road quickly. I HIGHLY recommend using TS if you have an issue with your Transmission!

Don and Lance were such a pleasure to work with. My particular vehicle had unforeseen issues, but they worked through them until all was repaired properly. They communicated with me regularly, so I wasn't left hanging. In my opinion, they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this shop for quality work and professionalism. My only complaint about Transmission specialists is the fact they ONLY due transmissions. Oh do I wish they did other work on cars. I brought my 96 Impala SS over to them after dealing with the criminals @ the Chevy dealership in Auburn. My car sat at Chevy for over a month to get my car back with the same issue I previously had. Transmission Specialists was able to get my car in and fix with in a week. The service was so good I had to take it back to get some after market parts done on the transmission. I would refer this place to my Grandma. :)

Have brought a few cars to Mr. Grover and he has always taken care of me. Gives honest feedback and options of best way to repair your car. I highly recommend transmission specialists.

Honestly I haven’t had a great deal of experiences working with transmission shops but even with that being the case I truly feel the name speaks for itself in this instance everyone from the folks in the front office through the technicians were courteous and helpful throughout my entire time working with them and they had to deal with me twice due to a mistake on my part they even made that seem less and easy rest assured if you bring your vehicle here they will do there best to put you back in your vehicle with it running better than before excellent service through and through and my car is very high end a Cadillac CTS-V to be exact....
